Sectional industrial doors are intended for an industrial halls, warehouses, vehicle diagnostic stations, etc. They are equipped with a special three-phase actuator, selected depending on the individual needs and requirements of the user. MFZ and GFA Elektromaten drives, ensure a long service life and comfortable operation. Typical dimensions let’s to choose right size of the gate, at a good price, already at the construction planning stage of a specific facility. It’s also possible to make non-standard size of gate, on an individual customer’s request, for already existing hole. Seals used around door perimeter and between panels, provide excellent thermal insulation, protecting interior of the room from external weather conditions.

– Industrial sectional doors are manufactured to individual customer orders, almost to any dimensions in the range: width 8000 mm and height 6000 mm, which allows for atypical architectural projects implementation. Industrial sectional doors meet stringent EU safety requirements and comply with standards used for CE marking.

In our gates to increase safety of using, as standard, we install protection against the effects of breaking springs. In case of broken springs, door don’t fall into the opening, thus eliminating risk of crushing.

1. Gates are equipped with torsion springs, so that opening and closing don’t require much effort. Thanks to them, user has impression, that gate leaf made of solid segments is light. Springs used in our gates are characterized by a very high durability of 25,000 cycles.
2. In order to safety increase of the gate operation, our doors are equipped with a spring break device as standard. In case of broken springs, door don’t fall into the opening, thus eliminating risk of crushing.
3. Protection in case of a line break – when cord is broken, gate don’t fall into the opening, thus eliminating risk of crushing.
4. Edge slat – used in industrial sectional doors with electric drive – is a very good form of protection against crushing. Thanks to the edge slat, gate automatically stops and opens, when it hits an obstacle.
5. Photocells – used in gates with automation, they protect against crushing. If any obstacle is on the photocells line, gate will not close.
Internal bolt is standard security feature in industrial sectional gates, which effectively enables the closed gate to be lifted from the outside.
7. In automatically raised gate, in case of power failure, it’s possible to emergency gate’s open with a chain.

1. Gate panel. Panel thickness is 40 mm. It is filled with environmentally friendly, CFC-free polyurethane foam with low thermal transmittance. High quality of gate panels
guarantees durability in use for many years.
2. Tightness around entire perimeter of gate. Durable, flexible seals ensure tightness around entire perimeter of gate and are resistant to
weather conditions.
3. Tightness between panels. Additional tightness ensured by seals between door panels, when the gate is closed.
4. Space-saving. Sectional gates are lifted up vertically to the ceiling, providing maximum use of space inside and outside the garage.
