Complaint / service notification
The product installed or manufactured by us has a 24-month warranty. If offer you chose was related to our assembly, we will arrive as soon as possible and inspect the customer’s premises. In the case of required repair, then we’ll do it as soon as possible, of course free of charge under the warranty. When the complaint concerns a product purchased without assembly come to us with the damaged cover, we will try to carry out an inspection and repair on place. If the product breaks down after 2 years, take advantage of our paid post-warranty services.
