BPR / KNJ industrial gates

Industrial gates constitute the basic protection of building openings, industrial halls, warehouses or commercial and service buildings against undesirable access and weather conditions. They can also be used as internal gates.

The door curtain is made of extruded aluminum PE 100 profile. Wall’s shape and thickness have been selected, making the curtain made of it stable and resistant to mechanical factors. It’s possible to use profiles with PER 100 glazing. Profiles and guideways are coated with powder paints in a wide range of RAL colors. The curtain is rolled up on a steel, winding pipe set on consoles, that constitute its support and bearing. In the case of gates installed within the lintel, attention should be paid to its minimum height, necessary for the building.

Due to the type of console used, we can divide industrial gates:

on road consoles: BPR / KNJ,
on fixed consoles: BPR / KNS.

We can install the industrial gate in both existing and newly-built facilities. The gate is controlled by a switch located inside the building. Depending on the needs, you can also use radio control or other selected combinations of control devices, increasing the comfort of use.

In accordance with applicable standards, the industrial gate is equipped with the following types of security as standard:

safety brake, which protects against self-unfolding of the door curtain;
closing edge protection to prevent crushing of developing curtain of industrial gate;
a set of photocells, that reacts to movement in the gate light – the gate curtain stop or return due to this movement;
emergency manual drive, enabling opening or closing the gate with a crank or chain in the event of power failure.
