Awning fabrics
We use the highest quality components for awnings production.
If fabric is durable and don’t lose color contrasts, such an awning will serve our customers for many seasons. Fabrics used by us, are produced by French company Dickson, which is a world leader in specialized fabrics production. The highest quality acrylic fibers are used for production of such fabrics. Fabric, called dralon, is: tear-resistant, water-repellent, UV-resistant, and don’t lose color contrasts.
We offer a full collection of Dickson fabrics. From wide range of patterns and colors, you can choose fabric color to object. All available patterns and colors in fabric configurator.
Latest technology fabric is also available – self-cleaning and waterproof from Orchestra Max collection.
Fabric from Orchestra Max collection has a Permaclean finish. It has a microstructure, which provides extreme protection against dirt and rain. Rain or wetness is enough to clean fabric surface. Additionally, fabric is covered with acrylic finish, which strengthens its waterproof properties. Thanks to this, it can be used all year round. Fabric is particularly recommended for permanent constructions exposed to high weather changes and pollution.
Orchestra Max fabric is certified “Self-Cleaning, inspired by nature” by ITV laboratory in Denkendorf, Germany.
Characteristics of Dickson’s fabrics from the Orchestra collection
1. Excellent waterproof properties – awning fabrics are equipped with a new generation of Cleangard N impregnation. It protects fabric against dirt absorption and prevents from losing stiffness. It’s possible thanks to the use of Nanotechnology Protection Process N (Nanotechnology Protection Process) technology. NPP uses a set of compacted nanomolecules to create a barrier against water, thus protecting it from dirt. Cleangard impregnation ensures complete water resistance (5/5 in spray test) and water tightness (350 mm per water column).
2. Protection against heat – fabric from which awning is made, absorbs up to 95% of heat, protects against blinding sun rays.
3. Durability and strength of color – Sunacryl acrylic fiber, dyed in chemical mass, is used in offered awnings. Due to high UV resistance factor (7 to 8/8), it protects fabric against color loss. Dickson Constant fiber, used in these fabrics gives them following properties: color fastness, air permeability, water resistance. Research shows, that these fabrics keep bright colors, even after 800 hours of extreme weather conditions (alternating sunlight and rainfall).
4. Oeko-Tex certificate – it confirms, that awnings fabrics are not toxic, despite use of specialized impregnating programs. Research shows, that fabrics don’t have unpleasant odors, pesticides, carcinogens or volatile substances
5. ISO 9001 certificate – awarded to Dickson Constant in June 2003 confirms high quality of this brand’s fabrics. This proves, that company is constantly developing, wanting to meet expectations of its clients as much as possible.
We also offer dedicated maintenance and washing agents for awning covers. Regular fabric cleaning extends awning life.
