Sunbreaker

Sunbreaker – also known as a light breaker or light barrier is an external sun protection system. In addition to their security function, they often play the role of an building’s architecture element. This possibility is provided by the availability of feathers in any color from the RAL palette. Most often, light breakers are made of pressed or bent aluminum. The majority of subreakers are made as fixed facade covers. They can be mounted horizontally in the form of canopies or roof covers, vertically and at an angle.

Light breakers are also used as masking covers and at the same time, blocking the noise of devices and aggregates on the roofs of buildings, as ventilation covers and masking of air inlets and outlets. Usually, the assembly of structural elements takes place before the building is insulated, and the handles and lamellas are installed at the end of the facade works.

Type C – covers resembling the letter C, with different widths, made of bent sheet metal or extruded aluminum. They are commonly used due to economic reasons. Depending on the used handles, the slats are inclined at an angle of 30 or 45 degrees. Type C is basically used in all solutions (facades, roofs, canopies over windows, doors). Stationary type.

Type Z – technical covers resembling the letter Z, of various width, depth and height. Made of extruded aluminum. Commonly used due to a large number of applications. Type Z is practiclly used in all solutions (facades, unbuilt openings, roofs, roofs over windows, doors). Due to the large number of shapes and dimensions, they are used as façade covers with a different percentage of air flow. Stationary type.

Type F – large-size shields resembling an ellipse, an airplane wing in cross-section. The most common and most effective cover used on facades. Installed horizontally and vertically. The only cover made of light breakers with the option of moving the rotation manually or with by electric motor. A very wide range of lamella widths from 100 to 400mm. Supports width of the lamellas with the handles is up to 3m.

Shutters – fixed or sliding covers made of light breaker profiles. These are solid frames made of pressed profiles filled with slats. Applied slats: type C, Z, F, wood, trapezoid. Possibility to complete trolleys and up / down guides in a sliding system.

Large-size blinds installed on building facades are an elegant element of the building.
